ALILLACANTA
Bright copper hue. Expressive and layered on the nose, with vibrant aromas of kumquat, Angostura bitters, and tea rose, lifted by a balsamic whiff of peppermint. The palate is full bodied and flavour-packed, striking a fine balance between freshness and savoury depth. The finish is refreshing, with lingering fruity and herbal echoes.
Barco Reale di Carmignano Rosato DOC
The grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by a 12-hour maceration to extract colour. The resulting must ferments in unglazed concrete tulips, where it matures on fine lees for six months.
A traditional wine from the Carmignano area, its origins trace back to the Tuscan sharecropping era.
